3. Custom Orders

Because our products are personalized, customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

Colors
Wording
Photos (if applicable)
Theme selections

Paper & Confetti Party Boutique is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect dates, or inaccurate information submitted during checkout.

Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

4. Proof Approval

For select custom products, a digital proof may be provided before production.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs.

Approval confirms that all spelling, colors, sizing, and design elements are correct.

Paper & Confetti Party Boutique is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

5. Production Times

Production times vary depending on the product and season.

Estimated turnaround times are provided on product pages but are not guaranteed.

Rush production may be available for an additional fee based on availability.

6. Shipping

Shipping estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Paper & Confetti Party Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by:

USPS
UPS
FedEx
Weather
Natural disasters
Carrier disruptions
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate before completing checkout.

7. Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered, customers will receive notification once their order is ready.

Orders should be picked up within the timeframe provided.

Paper & Confetti Party Boutique is not responsible for items left unclaimed beyond a reasonable period.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, most custom orders are final sale.

9. Party Rentals

Rental items remain the property of Paper & Confetti Party Boutique at all times.

Customers agree to:

Return rental items on the agreed date and time.
Return items in the same condition they were received.
Pay replacement or repair costs for lost, stolen, or damaged rental items beyond normal wear and tear.
Follow all setup and usage instructions provided.

Late returns may be subject to additional rental fees.

A separate rental agreement may be required for certain items.

10. Event Planning Services

Event planning services may require a signed agreement and non-refundable retainer.

Planning fees, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and event responsibilities will be outlined in the client's service agreement.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, photographs, graphics, product listings, and website content are the property of Paper & Confetti Party Boutique unless otherwise noted.

You may not reproduce, copy, sell, distribute, or use our designs without written permission.

Custom designs created by Paper & Confetti Party Boutique remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

12. Customer Photos

By submitting photos, logos, or artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use them.

Customers assume all responsibility for copyrighted or trademarked materials submitted for customization.

13. Product Colors

Actual colors may vary slightly due to:

Computer monitors
Mobile device screens
Printer variations
Material differences

Minor color differences are not considered defects.

14. Limitation of Liability

Paper & Confetti Party Boutique shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the affected product or service.

Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes cannot be applied retroactively unless otherwise stated.
